Bold and beautiful jewelry handmade by the owner, Christie Bogle. These aren't just pieces of jewelry but more an expression of a lifestyle centered around authenticity. It is very important to Christie that each customer walks away knowing that the piece they are collecting is the only one like it in the world.
Here is a small excerpt from Christie explaining her inspirations behind The Workman's Daughter:
"My life as a child was spent in my dad’s garage. He owned an auto body shop down by the rail road tracks and I loved being there. I loved learning about the different tools. I loved watching him drag in cars that had been completely totaled and somehow watching him make them beautiful again. I loved watching the dirt and grime wash off my hands into the sink after helping him work. I loved learning how to weld and use all the different tools. These are the things that molded me. That took me on this path. I always knew I was supposed to be a creator. And it’s because of him. Because of these experiences. It is so deeply ingrained in me that there is no other way. I will always have dirt under my nails and calloused hands. Because I am the Workman’s Daughter and I was raised this way. It’s in my bones. Now as an adult, I take those skills and memories to turn grit and dirt into beauty. A beauty that you can carry with you to build your own story. I write the beginning so you can write the end."
